My husband and I were excited to try out Brookstone Grille, we drive by it often. I took my husband there for his birthday and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious, the people very nice, and grounds are beautiful.

The Sawmill Pizzeria has the best ribs around. The pizza is also amazing and has a true Italian taste to the sauce. The atmosphere is very clean and quite refreshing for a pizza joint.

Don't let the storefront fool you, it's not very fancy, but the ambiance, food, and service is beyond expectation of 'Italian'. It is quite small, but a wonderfully romantic spot for a special dinner, or just an appetizer and wine. It is not for large groups or children. Every dinner my husband and I have eaten at Rabia's has been delicious. We've never been disappointed.

Ten Prime Steak & Sushi
55 Pine Street, Providence, RI
(401) 453-2333
This is my favorite place to eat in Providence. A lot of times my husband and I cannot decide between steak and sushi and we don’t have to at 10. We were there a couple weeks ago and had the Dice-K roll (fantastic!) followed by a steak special for my hubby and the meatloaf (so moist and delicious) for me. We also highly recommend the mojitos. There are a few different varieties and they are all delicious. All this and a great wine list to boot. Go to 10!

There were four of us and I ordered Chicken Florentina which was horrible. My fiancé ordered Veal Pistachio. Came with a lobster tail tasted: bland. Service was good though and our bartender, Kim, was awesome.

My husband and I enjoy the food at I Hop, although sometimes It is not as hot as I would like it to be. My complaint is all the waitpersons like to call the customers hon or sweetheart. This bothers me tremendously. Am I the only one?

Dimitri's is back with the original owners in charge. The Greek/American food is wonderful, the staff and owners warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere is pleasant. We enjoyed this place when they opened in the 90's, and are delighted to have them back.

Rosey's is a small bistro located in Salem Market Place, Route 28, Salem, NH. Rosey does most of the cooking. It seats 35 to 40 people. The food is excellent, plentiful and reasonable. Our favorite is the kibee sandwich. Which is served with delicious French fries. A great place to eat!

The bar staff and the wait staff were so accommodating and friendly throughout the time we were there. The shrimp bisque soup was so special and tasty and it was followed by a generous piece of pan seared salmon. It was over fettuccini and tossed in cream with basil and sun dried tomatoes. The cheesecake trio for dessert was the crown on a magnificent meal and experience.

While on a Sunday drive we came upon this restaurant and decided to try it. The waitress recommended the jalapeno margarita which was excellent. We ordered a la carte so we could sample the tacos, enchiladas, tostados and split a verde burrito. The flavor and portions were excellent. We plan going back again soon.

Terrible all the way around. 6 people went to eat Greek food while discussing trip to Greece. Waited 20 minutes after being seated before we saw our waitress. Food was cold, overcooked and terrible. Service from the bartender to our waitress was even worse. Hostess was notified, apologized, said she would send waitress right over. Another 10 minute wait. Hostess never even followed through. Complained again to be told 'oh, she never came over?

The atmosphere was beautiful, soft lighting and perfectly set tables. They offer mini portions for half price between 4 and 6 PM and the portion wasn't very 'mini' at all. For appetizers we got Scallops wrapped in bacon and the Crab and Artichoke dip, both reasonably priced and so delicious. For dinner, I got the half portion of Chicken Sonoma which was to die for and my husband got the Filet Mignon, perfectly cooked and served with yummy garlic mashed and veggies. The service was fabulous and the owner came over to the table to chat for a few minutes and share his extensive knowledge of wine with us.

My favorite restaurant, but many people think it only does functions. The restaurant has excellent seafood (including flounder, which is hard to find in MA), great variety, decent prices, outstanding service, and they recently added outdoor dining on a renovated patio on the harbor with a million-dollar view. The food alone is reason to return.

This restaurant used be a favorite of mine and my family. Last year we went for my birthday and noticed the quality of food was not as good as previous years, but figured any restaurant can have a bad day, so we decided to go back this year. Not only have their prices increased, but the quality and quantity of the food has significantly decreased. I got my usual surf and turf, which is about $27.00 and according to the menu is supposed to be a 7 ounce filet and two baked stuffed shrimp. My husbands scallop casserole consisted of about 8 medium sized scallops and was dry and tasteless. My grandson got a grilled cheese sandwich for $7.50 that was so dry and burnt he couldn't even eat.

The foccacia bread is to die for. They have a restaurant in Rutland, MA (includes pizza - Italian style) and Worcester. Rovezzi's in Sturbridge is about a mile west of Sturbridge village on the right. I love their salad of greens, their minestrone soup and the seafood (I love the salmon).

I decided to take my mother & aunts there for Mother's Day. We were not disappointed. The food was great. The onion rings are a must (light batter, crunchy, but not greasy). The steak tips, stuffed chicken breast and the baked haddock that were ordered were absolutely delicious. The service also was great. Our waitress was always checking on us to see if we needed anything.

We ordered a pizza for delivery and were told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. An hour and a half went by so I called and was told it would be there any minute. Another 15 minutes went by I called again. I was told the same thing. The pizza was delivered cold and greasy and the box had the wrong address on it but somehow the delivery person found us.

Met 3 other couples for dinner, Had to wait approx 15 minutes after reserved time to be seated, but service was very friendly and the food was excellent. Mine was Chicken Carciofi Boneless chicken breasts, artichoke hearts, large white mushrooms and fresh plum tomatoes sautéed with a lemon butter sauce and fresh sage. Served with oven-roasted potatoes and roasted vegetables. It was very flavorful and hot when served. I was leery due to a poor past experience at the Brookline restaurant, but my faith has been restored. Good job!

On Mother’s Day my grandson took six grown-ups and 3 children under 4 to Capone’s. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive. The food was all right. Coming out the manager was standing in front of the bar near the exit. She stopped my grandson and told him he didn’t leave enough tip. She was very loud and people at the bar were turning around. He left $18 and she said it should be $21. They charged 35-cents for take out boxes and we needed 4 so that brought the bill up.

I have been to the Tuscan House at least 8 times. Three of those were with a group, all getting something different and not a bad meal in the bunch. They have the most delicious Chicken/Eggplant Parmigiana I have ever tasted. A superb red sauce, not too sweet and not too spicy. It is worth the trip from whatever area you are from. The waitstaff is very pleasant, a big plus in my opinion.

I have to rate this as the top Italian Restaurant near Boston, which includes the 'tourist traps' of the North End. It's clean, classy yet casual. Offers early bird specials, which I had leftovers from. Try Gnocchi Sorrentino, also the veal was tender and tasty. Stuffed olives were great starter. Good size portions and friendly 'Italian' owners who personally thank you after your meal.
