My husband and I have been frequenting this restaurant/seafood market for four years. Our favorite menu item is their seafood platter: clams, shrimp, scallops, haddock, onion rings, fries and coleslaw. All cooked to perfection and so large three people could share it. The staff is very accommodating and courteous; the price is right and we have never been disappointed.

I go out with 4-6 friends every week and try new restaurants. Last week we tried the Atkinson resort on Pat’s recommendation . The place is quite lovely and the food was great. It was worth the trip from the south shore. We made a day of it and really enjoyed it.

My husband's friend told us about this restaurant and we are glad he did. It's a quaint little place that is warm and inviting, with Italian music playing in the background. Each dish is freshly prepared with the finest ingredients. The portions are extremely generous and the salads are a meal in itself. We have been three times and have been more than satisfied each time. The waitstaff is courteous and welcoming. The prices are reasonable for the portions you get. Prepare to bring your appetite and expect to bring some home. If you are looking for a great dining experience, a top-notch meal, and a great menu selection, this is the place to go.

I was impressed by the cultural artworks and the soft traditional music in the background. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We ordered summer rolls for appetizer. They were light and refreshing, especially with the peanut dipping sauce. For entrees, we had chicken curry, Loc Lac, and Somlah Machu Yuon with white rice. The curry had the right amount of spice with a tinge of sweetness. The steak in the Loc Lac was tender and quite juicy. It was excellent. Somlah Machu is an ethnic soup with the balance of sour and sweetness. My taste buds were blown away.

This restaurant features Afghan cuisine and is located near the Galleria. The restaurant is clean and the service was pleasant and prompt. A nice change of pace. We had the pumpkin appetizer with a sweet tomato meat sauce, delicious. One entree was lamb with a yellow split pea sauce a wonderful rice. Entrees are mid teens. We got a full carafe of the house red wine ($18.00) very good. The nan bread is cooked in the oven in the dining room and is great. We didn't have room for dessert. The only downside is that the restaurant fills up and gets a little cramped, like a lot of city restaurants.

The food was great! Our waitress had very little knowledge of the menu or of wine. She had trouble opening the bottle and could not recommend a wine. We have been there before and had great service, it's too bad that she has little knowledge of the menu or wine. We will be returning, but asking not to be seated with her.

Food always outstanding with great attention to detail. Peter, the owner, always in the restaurant to introduce self and insure satisfaction, something you do not see at other privately owned locales. New renovations exciting with the best looking bar on the North Shore! Everybody feels at home there and the daily specials superb.

My wife and I have been there now 3 times and have enjoyed our meal each time. Last night I had pumpkin seed encrusted Atlantic salmon with pommerey mustard sauce and cranberry relish over spaghetti squash. It was simply marvelous, cooked perfectly and served hot. My wife had her favorite lobster mac & cheese. The salmon was $18.95 and lobster mac & cheese was a side for 9.95. I know the lobster mac & cheese sounds strange but you have to try it. I give this restaurant my highest recommendation and of course you cannot beat the location overlooking Scituate harbour.

Six of us went, 3 ordered burgers, none came as ordered. One ordered bangers and mash, which is a specialty, not bad. Another ordered steak tips and another, half roasted chicken. Burgers came first, well done, then bangers and mashed, then steak tips after that. Chicken did not come out until all five were done eating.

The host was very accommodating seating our party of five (mostly boys) and took our drink orders. My son started with a large bowl of clam chowder creamy and full of clams and potatoes. My husband’s meal (baked stuffed haddock) came with a dinner salad choice of potato. The fish was fresh and of ample portion. I had a lobster roll with sweet potato fries. The lobster salad was also very fresh. The buffalo wings got rave reviews from the boys (nice and hot) the hamburgers were cooked to order.

I stumbled across this delicious find after having dinner in downtown Haverhill with some of my girlfriends. Not only do they make all of their own ice cream but you can actually watch them make it through a big window in the shop. I had the banana ice cream, which I highly recommend. You can really taste that it is made with real bananas (not flavoring). They also mix in any nuts or candy that you want added to your ice cream right in front of you. The price was very reasonable and the ice cream was delicious. Best ice cream I ever had.

This 18 hole public golf course is an excellent choice for lunch if you work in the surrounding area. For starters I had the spinach and artichoke dip, one of my favorites. For lunch I had the chicken and goat cheese salad, enough to feed 2 people. Everything is fresh and delicious. The waitstaff is very friendly and the view of the golf course is just beautiful.

My boyfriend and I have been going to Pan Asia since last June. We absolutely love it. It is very quaint and the service is very good. Everything is made to order and they would never give you a hard time if you ordered something special. I typically get the General Gau's chicken with white rice and steamed ravioli's. The sauces are incredible and one entree is enough for at least two people. This restaurant is the cleanest I have ever been in. Every time we go there they remember us and thank us for coming back.

Party of 6 on a Saturday night were told the wait would be an hour and a half. After two and half hours and being told we would be seated soon, we asked for the manager and she told us, and I quote ' There is nothing I can do, what am I suppose to do, ask people to leave.’ At that point, we asked for the owner, all she had to do was put two tables together to accommodate us, but instead groups of 2 and 4 who came in after us were getting those seats.

I happened across this place by dumb luck. I was presented with a free plate of hot home made potato chips as I sat down. What a hello! The prime rib orders that were flying out of the kitchen caught my eye. It was love at first sight! I actually asked for another roll so I could sop the plate dry!

A new Italian restaurant just opened up in southern New Hampshire. Sabatino's North brings a little bit of Italy to downtown Derry. The spinach artichoke dip and calamari were very favorable and welcoming appetizers. The eggplant, with a side of angel hair pasta was to die for. The service was outstanding and defiantly worth the wait.

My first Thai restaurant and what a treat! First off it is a clean establishment and the service is unbelievable. Friendly wait staff kept my water glass full and the soup and entree came piping hot. I started with the Vegetable Dumpling Soup which was a vegetable dumpling with cabbage in a chicken broth. It was different than what my taste buds have had in the past and it was slightly sweet and very tasty. For the main course, let me recommend the 'Yellow Chicken Curry' which consists of chicken in mild yellow curry sauce with onions, summer squash, pineapple, and tomatoes. It was sweet and mildly spicy and absolutely delicious! It was served with rice. This is a must try restaurant.

My wife and I had the best meal on Saturday night at Gaven's. She had a petite filet mignon/lobster casserole combo, and I had an 18 oz prime cut NY strip sirloin which was nicely seared on the outside and cooked to perfection (medium-rare). We also ordered a side of creamy scalloped potatoes which were exceptional. Throw in the French onion soup which was to die for, and we split a fallen chocolate cake which was heavenly! A five star meal! A little bit expensive, but there is plenty of parking, and the waitress was fantastic and attentive, never once writing down our order, yet getting everything perfect. Thumbs up!

Food was above average, but the service was very poor. We chose to eat at the bar as the restaurant was crowded. The sever seem disinterested and paid more attention to her friends at the bar then her customers. A couple came in after us and sat next to us and she took their order first - until I interrupted. My fiancé ordered veal parm and got chicken parm instead. Paid the tab and was never thanked.

We ordered moo goo guy pan, spring rolls, and beef fried rice. $26 down the tubes. There was no taste to any of it. And the chicken in the moo goo guy pan looked like it had seen better days, and the pieces were cut too big to easily eat. When I complained to the manager, he said no one else has ever complained.
