Smothered Sirloin Steak Tips – smothered with peppers and onions and served on a bed of rice, Baked Sea Scallops, Eggplant Parmesan - with your choice of linguine or ziti, Chicken Piccata – sautéed with capers, tomatoes, white wine and lemon and served over linguine.
