The Phoenician is a great new restaurant... not exactly. Some of the people that worked at Bishop's Restaurant in Lawrence have opened The Phoenician in Salem, New Hampshire.

You'll see Marilyn, Monico and Victor, The Butcher, who is still hand cutting all the meats and fish to order. You can still get those famous "Bishop's" French Fries and how about their 3-pound Lobster and their famous salad and bread.

The Phoenician specializes in the finest American and Mediterranean Cuisine in an elegant, comfortable setting. Everything is fresh from hand-cut meats to dessert.
