2 pounds rinsed Mussels 3 cloves Garlic 1 ½ cup White Wine ¼ cup Olive Oil ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese Teaspoon Fresh Parsley Salt and Pepper to taste
Step one: In frying pan, heat oil and garlic.
Now add mussels, white wine, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer till mussels open, scoop out mussels and slowly pour broth over top.
