Lobster Clambake - Weathervane Seafood Restaurants

1 lobster
½ pound of mussels
½ pound of steamed clams
1 each of corn on cob
3 each of red bliss potatoes
3 fluid oz of butter
3 fluid oz of clam juice

Directions
Shuck corn leaving one layer of husk. Pre cook corn and red bliss potatoes for 12 minutes. Allow to cool. Place lobsters in mesh bag. Place corn beside the lobster and place 3 potatoes between lobster claws. Place steamers and mussels in bag over the lobster. Tie bag no more than 2 inches from the top. Leave room for the shellfish to open. Place bag with contents into boiling water for 12 minutes. Remove bag from water. Drain. Cut slit into the bag. Serve with 3 oz of melted butter and 3 oz of clam juice.
