8 oz. Of Veal Scaloppini
4-lrg Shrimp, peeled and devained
4-oz. Lobster Meat or 2 Lobster Tails
1-oz. Of Butter
4-oz. Of Champagne
4-oz. Fresh Orange Juice
¼-tsp. of Salt
¼-tsp. of Ground Black Pepper
1-tsp. of Chopped Fresh Basil Leaves
Oranges Sliced for Garnish

Directions

Panfield veal scaloppini and shrimp with butter, add salt and pepper, cook both sides of shrimp and veal. Pour champagne, let it boil for 2 minutes add orange juice, lobster meat, cook for 3 more minutes or until sauce gets little thicker, add fresh basil. Served and garnish with orange slices.
