Taglianelle Peppers
 
Ingredients
 

10-12 Peppers (cut around core and scoop out all seeds)
4 cups soft Bread
¾ Apiated Cheese
2-3 tsp. Minced Garlic
2-3 tsp. fresh Onion
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Salt, Fresh Parsley (to taste)
¾-cup Milk
¾ cup Olive Oil
6 Hard Boiled Eggs (finely chopped)
½-cup Sliced Black Olives
½ Pignoli


  Directions
 

Put bread in processor of blender and finely grated in large bowl. Add milk, and all the other ingredients. Thoroughly mix after each addition. Eggs last.

Now stuffed the pepper 2/3 full and place in a shallow baking pan. Add cup of water, cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for one hour. Around 50 minutes in remove the foil.

The peppers can be topped with red sauce and cheese or served over pasta.
