Seafood Mozzarella

16 Medium Shrimp
16 Medium Sea Scallops
12oz Maryland Blue Crab Meat
2½oz Vodka
1C Heavy Cream
3oz Extra Virgin Oil
4oz Unsalted Butter
8oz Sliced Button Mushrooms
8oz Fresh Baby Spinach
6oz Julienne Roasted Red Bell Peppers
4oz Chopped Garlic
9oz Diced Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese
½ Cup Chicken Broth
8oz Marinated Tomato Sauce
6oz Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan. Add sea scallops and sauté for 1 minute. Add shrimp and diced mushrooms – sauté until the shrimp are translucent. Add garlic, spinach, salt and pepper– cook for another minute. Add remaining ingredients except the pasta and cheese – bring to a boil. Add parmesan cheese, let reduce by 1/3. Add Buffalo Mozzarella cheese and pasta.

Toss and Serve!
