Scallops Ala Anni
 
Ingredients
 

6 Scallops Dry
Rosemary Stick
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
Mango
Pineapple
Cantaloupe
Strawberry
¼ cup Cranberry Juice
½ cup Pineapple Juice
½ cup Orange Juice
Hot Pepper
Salt and Pepper

  Directions
 

On rosemary skewer place pineapple, scallop, mango, scallop, cantaloupe, and strawberry.

Pan fry in soy bean oil. Drain oil and add balsamic vinegar. Cook until vinegar evaporates, then add remaining fruit juices and cook until sauce is thick.

Place on plate and pour juice on top. Decorate with sesame seeds.

   Serves 2
