Chicken Penalo Ingredients
 

8-oz Chicken Tenders
2-oz Flour
6-oz White Onion
4-oz Spinach
4-oz Puree Roasted Red Peppers
4-oz Chicken Stock
6-oz Alfredo Sauce
Salt and Pepper
8-oz Penne Pasta
2-oz Oil

  Directions
 

Season and flour your chicken tenders. Sear the chicken tenders in the oil. Add your onions and cook till translucent. Add roasted red pepper puree, chicken stock and spinach.

When the spinach wilts add Alfredo sauce and simmer till chicken is cooked. Toss in your penne pasta. Garnish with parsley.

   Serves 2
