Place 2 patties on counter. Put 1 teaspoon of refried beans in the center of one patty (do not get any on the edges). Take 1/2 teaspoon of black beans, 1/2 teaspoon of fresh salsa and place in center along with refried beans. Shake a small amount of the Mexican spices ontop of patty. Place a small piece of cheddar cheese on top, in the middle. Next, take the other plain hamburg patty, press the edges, flip, and press the edges on the other patty. Hand form the burger to make it hamburg shaped again.
Grill at medium heat 7-8 minutes a side. |
