1 lb Soft Shell Clams ¼ cup White Wine 1 tablespoonGarlic 1 lb Mussels 1 tablespoonButter ½ cup Bacon 1 lb Steamers ½ cupTomatoes 1 tablespoon Mustard ¼ cup Basil 1 oz Parmesan 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Preheat pan on high and add the olive oil.
2. Add shellfish and sauté. Add all other ingredients except wine.
3. Add wine and cover. Steam until shellfish opens.
4. Serve with crusty bread.
