2 tsp. Olive Oil
chopped tomato
Cannellini Beans
Chicken or Veal broth
1 tsp. chopped onion
Pinch of Oregano
3 or 4 Leaves of Basil
2 tablespoon Marinara sauce

Directions

Simmer in olive oil until onions are a caramel color add chopped tomato (half of a tomato). When tomatoes are cooked add 5 spoons of Cannelloni Beans. (Fresh beans should be soaked overnight) canned beans can also be used. 2 ladles of veal or chicken broth .

When all is cooked add 3 spoons of Ditalini pasta. Cook until pasta is done. Add 2 spoons of marinara sauce
