1/2 Cantaloupe (skinned and seeded) 1/2 cup Fresh Orange Juice 1/4 cup Unsweetened Apple Juice 1/4 tsp Cayenne
For Creme Fraiche 1 cup Heavy Cream 1 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
Puree all ingredients until smooth, chill overnight. Garnish with crème Fraiche and chopped Pistachio.
For Creme Fraiche mix ingredients and let stand at room temp for 24 hours. Chill overnight.
